In case e-NACH fails, customer can provide paper NACH by downloading the form which is available on the Velocity portal.
Login to the Velocity portal > click on the Repayment Tab > click on the Setup Now button > confirm the bank details > close the window > there will be a pop-up which will have 'Try with paper NACH' > download the form > scan, sign (precisely within the designated box and use a square company seal) and upload.
